Services
Logical Infosoft provides software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, cloud solutions, ERP/SaaS development, and production services ("Services").
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Logical Infosoft and the Client. These Terms govern the general relationship and supplement any such project-specific agreements.
Intellectual Property
- 3.1 Client-Owned Work Product
- Upon receipt of full payment, Logical Infosoft assigns to the Client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for the Client under a signed SOW, including source code, designs, and documentation, to the extent such work is original and created solely for that project.
- 3.2 Pre-Existing IP & Third-Party Components
- Logical Infosoft retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. Any open-source components included in deliverables are governed by their respective licenses. Logical Infosoft will disclose material open-source usage upon request.

4.2 Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date are subject to interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Logical Infosoft reserves the right to suspend services if any invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days past the due date.
4.3 Refunds
Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once a milestone has been delivered and accepted. Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless Logical Infosoft is unable to commence the project within the agreed timeframe due to its own fault.

This obligation does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach; (b) was known before disclosure; (c) is independently developed without use of Confidential Information; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed for projects involving particularly sensitive information, and the terms of that NDA shall govern where they conflict with this section.
